Ordering

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Simply enter your e-mail on the checkout page as this will allow us to stay in touch with you for your order. However, creating an account allows you to obtain exclusive member benefits including sales and VIP offers, new season previews and new additions updates, saving your wishlist items, saving your address and payment details for fast checkout, easy order tracking and updates and much more.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Usually, we cannot modify an order after processing it; however, please contact our Customer Service team through contact@diphuser.com and we will get back to you with what can be done.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications. Simply press on the NOTIFY button, then enter your contact details. You'll then receive an e-mail once it's re-stocked.

I have a missing item in my order

For any missing items in your order, please contact our Customer Service team through contact@diphuser.com within 7 days of receiving the order and we will get back to you promptly. 

I have received a damaged item

For damaged or defected items in your order, please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the order to arrange a free return. 

I have received a wrong item

For any wrong items received in your order, please contact our Customer Service team through contact@diphuser.com and we will get back to you promptly. 

Where does Diphuser ship to?

We ship worldwide except in restricted countries. 

How will I know if Diphuser has received my order?

Once your order is placed, you'll get an email confirming its receipt after payment processing. If any issues arise, we'll promptly let you know and won't process your payment.

I have placed an order and the amount was deducted, but I did not receive an order confirmation.

We are sorry to hear that, please wait 24 hours as it may be a delay from our system. If you still haven't received your confirmation with your invoice, please contact our Customer Care team through contact@diphuser.com.

What does Pre-Order mean?

Get early access to coveted items ahead of the official launch. Pre-ordering ensures that you will secure the item before it sells out. Once your order is placed, we will deliver it to you as soon as it’s available.

How can I track the status of my Pre-Order item?

You may track your order through your account page, or you may get in touch with us via email at contact@diphuser.com with your order number.

What happens if I want to cancel my order before I have received it?

We are unable to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. However you may only cancel your Pre-Order items if they have not been processed. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What happens if I want to return my order after I have received it?

You can return your order by submitting a return request within 7 days of receiving the order. Please review the returns page.

How long will it take to receive the refund? 

We will issue the refund within 48 hours after receiving the items in their approved return condition. The refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as store credit. Please review the returns page.

How can I add store credit to my account?

Store credit can only be added to your account if your return has been approved. Please review the returns page.

I have exceeded the return deadline; can I still get a refund?

As per our policy, the eligible items can be returned up to 7 days. Please review the returns page.

I want to cancel my Return Request.

How can I exchange an item?

We are unable to offer exchanges. Alternatively, you may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the order. Please review the returns page.

How can I track my return?

A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Once the return request is approved, the items will be collected and delivered to our facilities where they will be inspected. Once the items pass the inspection, you’ll receive an confirmation email including all the return details. Please review the returns page.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 7 days return policy. 

• Items must be unaltered, unused and in the condition in which they were delivered. 

• Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. 

• The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.

• The return collection shall be picked up from the primary address.
